We ensure our patrons experience total price transparency without hidden fees.

1.2 Express Courier Partners & Adult Signature

To guarantee pristine condition upon arrival, we ship exclusively via premium global couriers (DHL Express, FedEx Priority, and UPS Air). Because our articles are fine cutlery, all deliveries require an adult signature (18+) at the point of receipt. Tracking consignment links are emailed immediately once the parcel departs the forge.

1.3 Fulfillment Timelines & Transit Expectations

• In-Stock Handcrafted Blades: Packaged and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days following quality re-inspection and edge-oiling.

2.1 Artisanal Nature & Exchange-Only Principle

Every blade crafted by Woodland Blades is hand-forged using true pattern-welded Damascus steel (1095 & 15N20 alloys), sculpted handle materials, and bespoke edge-grinding. Because each piece requires extensive manual forge time and artistic personalization, we strictly do not issue monetary or cash refunds.

However, collector satisfaction is central to our reputation. We gladly honor exchanges for any other available blade in our collection, or issue non-expiring atelier exchange credit.

2.2 The 15-Day Post-Delivery Exchange Window

To be eligible for an exchange, your formal request must be submitted within 15 calendar days following verified courier delivery. The delivery date recorded by the courier tracking system serves as Day 1.

2.3 Exchange Condition Requirements

Exchanges are approved provided the following condition criteria are met:

• Unused & Undamaged: The blade must be in original, unblemished condition with no evidence of cutting, whittling, field use, or abrasions.
• Factory Edge Intact: The edge must retain its original factory sharpening angle; blades that have been stropped, ground, or resharpened cannot be accepted.
• Full Accoutrements: All accessories—including the leather sheath, presentation wooden box, care card, and certificate—must be enclosed.
