The Woodland Damascus Hunter stands as the quintessential expression of our workshop philosophy. Hand-hammered from alternating billets of 1095 high-carbon steel and 15N20 nickel alloy, this knife features over 384 folded layers forming a mesmerizing high-contrast twist pattern.
Balanced precisely at the index finger choil, the blade delivers exceptional edge retention and torsional resilience in field conditions. The ergonomic handle is shaped from select Pacific Northwest walnut burl, stabilized under vacuum with premium resin to resist moisture and climate variation, pinned with mosaic brass pins and lined with deep red vulcanized fiber spacers.
Each Hunter includes a custom welted cowhide sheath hand-tooled with woodland motifs and finished with beeswax.
